hello, I am a bank teller counting money all day long. I have been experiencing alot of pain in my left thumb, pretty much at the base of it where it meets the wrist and palm. It is almost unbearable, sometimes feels like needles, hurts very much to press on it. Would really like to avoid a cortisone shot or surgery..andy suggestions?
HI Thank for asking to HCM The best way to mange this is just keep the thumb in splint for couple of week without any movement, along with this you can have the " Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release, once in day, after couple of week you can go for physiotherapy to get the right movement of your thumb, this is one option you can try, hope this information helps, have nice day.
