Orange colored blood during period suggests that there is comparatively little shedding of endometrial lining of the uterus which inturn may be due infection,polyps,fibroids or by breakthrough bleeding caused by use of OCPs. Consult OBGYN.

Antibiotics can impart colour to the urine - you did not name the antibiotic in your query. I hope you are not dehydrated. Anyway, you should be able to pass normal urine after stopping the drugs and with plenty of fluids.

Just after 4-5 days( maximum 7 days) if tested urine is more effective due to excretion of hormones.
