Dear friend probably you are having some GIT infection.
At first stance your stool should be tested for routine and culture examination to know any infective cause or you are having any malabsorbtion syndrome and accordingly you should be managed.

It may be due to bacterial or just a normal variant. It would be better to get a stoolroutine and microscopic examination of the stool sample.
