From what you have written, looks like there is an wound infection under the c section scar in the lower abdomen. This should not be neglected any further. There are two things to be done right now:
1. Please get a ultrasound scan or CT scan of abdomen to know how the healing is going on under the scar. Any significant pus formation and its amount will also be known.
2. Consult a surgeon and get a culture and sensitivity of the pus and see which medicine (antibiotic) works and start her on that medicine and complete the course. If there is lot of pus inside then, the surgeon may have to make a small incision and drain through a minor surgery.
Hope this helps.
