Lump On Neck, Neck Pain, Another Lump Near To Shoulder

I have had a small non painful soft lump on the right side of my neck . It s been there for over a year now I noticed it a little after havin pain in my neck from sleeping the wrong way. Now the other day I felt another one lower closer to my shoulder bone soft and kind of moves feels like its attached underneath my skin . I feel very healthy but I am worried about this small lump like thing?

These could be enlarged lymph nodes, sebaceous cyst, lipoma or tubercular infection of lymph nodes(scrofuloderma). As the diagnosis can only be made after an appropriate clinical exmination,I would advise you meet a dermatologist nearby to get the cause of these lumps ruled out.
