Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

As I analysed your history, patient with implanted pace maker with the history of diabetes have bad prognosis.

The average survival rate may vary upto 5 years, but with the good control of blood pressure and diabetes then it might go upto 10 years.

it totally dependent upon the individuals.

since there is also history of heart failure, the prognosis is bad

Thanks
