I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I am taking 200 mg of levothyroxine but am completely exhausted. can adderall help with this disease and will doctors prescribe
This is a serious matter and you need to check-up your thyroid functions again to correct the dosage of Levothyroxine. Also to get a clinical check-up to find any associated other medical problems you may have and to get investigated accordingly.
You do not need aderral.
I was recently diagnosed with HashimotosThyroiditis. My tpo is 908. My primary says i dont need to see an endocrinologist, but my levels on synthroid are same.
Thanks for writing to us.
It is better to consult an endocrinologist for proper treatment.
I hope this information has been helpful for you.

Can someone have hoshimoto%27s and a goiter but no antibodies%3F
Hello and welcome to HCM
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is the term used when auto-antibodies are present in bleed.
These auto-antibodies are directed against various thyroid enzymes, thyroid cell receptors, or thyroglobulin.
No, Hashimoto's thyroiditis cannot be diagnosed in the absence of auto-antibodies.
Thanks and take care
