This is a serious matter and you need to check-up your thyroid functions again to correct the dosage of Levothyroxine. Also to get a clinical check-up to find any associated other medical problems you may have and to get investigated accordingly.
You do not need aderral.

Hashimoto's thyroiditis is the term used when auto-antibodies are present in bleed.
These auto-antibodies are directed against various thyroid enzymes, thyroid cell receptors, or thyroglobulin.
No, Hashimoto's thyroiditis cannot be diagnosed in the absence of auto-antibodies.
