When was the your last HPT, if the HPT was a few days ago, then it may not be due to pregnancy.
 
Hi I am 3 days late for my period but took a test and it came back negative. I have abnormally tender breasts, nausea, dizziness, fatigue and headaches.
i will advise you to repeat the test after a week...i may be positive which may be reason for the other symptoms you are having...
