Missed Period, Low Back Pain, Headaches, Nausea, Tender Nipples. HPT Negative. Pregnant ?

hey i missed my period last month it was post to come on the 30th and still no period i took a HPT and it was neg. i have been having lower back pain , headaches , nausea , and tender nipples early this morning i started bleeding but i did have intercourse last nite but now im not bleeding so do you know if im pregnant or not

As your home pregnancy test shows negative result you are not pregnant.
You have delayed bleeding due to hormonal imbalance.
hormonal imbalance occurs due to stress,anxiety,late night working hours shift duty or ovarian lesion.
