What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant?

Hi, I had a tubal done the day after my 3rd child was born in april of 2005, I found out in dec of 2010 that I was pregnant but then miscarried 3 days later. Of course a eptopic pregnancy. jan of 2011 I had a hystoplagiogram (im sure i spelled that wrong) and was told that there was a very good chance I could get pregnant again, but they couldn't say my tubes were open, but that It looked like they might be. so I had a mirna put in in feb of 2011 and then removed aug of 2012. To many problems with it. my Husband and I are thinking of another baby, and are wondering how possible it would be to get pregnant again.

Thanks
Melissa

Dear melissa,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
the patency of the tubes as well as the damage to both by the tubal sterilization and ectopic pregnancy has to be checked. Best is by a hysterolaparoscopy. If one tube or both ate blocked then recanalization can be done. the risk of repeat ectopic is high after a tubal surgery. Consider all risks and rewards before you attempt surgery.
