The obvious question is whether you might be pregnant. I would recommend that you perform some type of pregnancy test to rule this out. Also if there has been a fluctuation in your wait this might lead to the regularities in your. As well as your breast mass.
The discharge is not a normal type of finding. If this continues I would recommend that you bring this to the attention of your doctor. Sometimes the fluid can be sent for analysis. I'm not sure if the constipation is connected but we must not ignore that as well. Sometimes if there is a fluctuation of your thyroid hormone this might contribute to some of the symptoms you have experienced.
I recommend you discuss all of this with your primary care doctor to put together a diagnostic plan to figure out what is going on.
