Have a problem with sleeping
Hi, I have been taking Remeron 30mg 2 hours before my bed-time and 1 Stilnox 10mg just before going to bed. I found the effect not very effective: I still stay wide awake all night until 6 or 7 am when I ll doe off. Then I sleep until 11.30 a. or midday. Any advice to improve my sleep?

i have read your question , primaryly this could be due to any infection / bronchitis / or change in weather i suggest you to Elevate your head and sleep , keeping your head elevated will help promote drainage of mucus, rather than a build-up overnight. Use several pillows to try and keep your head raised a bit higher than your torso.
