What Is The Cause Of A Heartburn With A Stiff Neck?

Yes, I had a very stiff neck and pain in my armpit for about a week. Along with this I've had heartburn and tonight it turned into severe heartburn, like I've never had before. What could it be and how do I treat it? I already take Previcid once a day.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be due to the hypertension. It also may be due to angina. The other reasons may be the gastric hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, or cervical spondylosis.
I advise you to consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an E.C.G,echo, and tread meal test,to exclude the cardiac involvement.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
