Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum.

I understand your concern.

In my opinion exccessive sleep, fatigue, loss of energy etc are pointing towards positive signs of pregnancy. Loss of weight is only doubt ful because in pregnancy weight gain is mandatory, but weight loss may happens in some women during starting few weeks of pregnancy due to nausea and vomiting. As you have not mentioned about your period whether it is missed or regular? So 100% confirmation can not be possible now.

So i would like to suggest you to get an usg abdomen done to confirm the pregnancy, then consult any gynecologist for further guidance.

Good luck,
Thanks
