As advised by your doctor you should continue to have
folic acid supplement, even though you might be on food rich in folic acid, diet doesnot fulfill the daily foilc acid requirement during
pregnancy.
You seem to feel anxious & stressout .This could cause a problem in further conception. So try to be relax & stress free. It is normal reaction to feel stress out in your situation after having gone through such stressful situation in life. So dont worry.
But there few things you can do to have another healthy pregnancy.
Be relaxed, try some
meditation & relaxation technique. This will really help you.
Take your folic acid supplement regularly.
Reduce your weight if you are
overweight.,this will improve your egg quality & also possibility of conceiving.
Have good sleep.
Think positive & have healthy eating habits.
Ideally you should wait for a period of 3 month from your last delievery before trying for next pregnancy. Let your body & mind recover from the stress it has undergone in recent past.
