Have rheumatoid arthritis. Diet or exercise to reduce ESR level?
I am a female, i am suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) my ERS level is near about 100 in my last (2 week ago) blood test.. I am under treatment in my doctor.. But now i want to reduce my ESR level asap.. Can you please suggest me diet or exercise to reduce ESR.

What could be the reason of changing in ESR level ?

Esr levels at 31 and white blood cells at 10.8. %0A%0AI am worried those this mean anything%3F
your ESR is 31 mm at the end of 1 hour, and WBC count is 10800...
normal range for ESR is 0 to 20 and WBC is 5000-15000..
your ESR may be raised and WBC as well due to some acute infection..
ESR does not have diagnostic value but it only suggest illness and WBC is raised during infection..
both will reduce with appropriate treatment..

The cause should be established first.
Then pain medications to control the pains is the main stay of symptomatic treatmenet while the cause of the pain is masterminded. Also, avoiding fatty meals would be a great addition. Rest and enough fluid intake....Great too.
