Pregnant On Aspimed Due To The History Of Miscarriage. Slow Fetal Heart Rate. Worried

now I am 5weeks pregnant I am aspimed 75mg because for the first pregnancy I got miscarriage because baby growth is not good and I went to ultra sound test so that I heard that baby heart beat is there but it is very slow and nest time again doctor suggest ultra sound I went to that finely pregnancy is not found so is there any problem for this pregnancy please give me any advise and now I am getting ear pain is there any effect

Thanks for the query.

Miscarriages in early pregnancy can occur due to many causes like chromosomal abnormalities, hormonal imbalance etc.
That may not repeat in every pregnancy.
So you continue with regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations.
Ear pain can be due to some infection.
So you consult ENT doctor once and get examined to find out any possibility of infection and take treatment accordingly.
