Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

I read your query and do understand that you are distressed due to your problems. You seem to be suffering from depression and your symptoms are the result of it. Depression can occur due to multiple factors, including neurotransmitter level changes in brain, as well as psychological and social factors.

You should consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. In your case, treatment with anti-depressants will help. These medications are safe as well as effective. Vitamins alone would not suffice in your condition.

Hope this information was useful.

Best wishes.
