Is Absence Of Pregnancy Symptoms Normal During Pregnancy?

Hi Doc my name is kirti,i m 6 weeks pregnant and this is my second preganancy.i have six yrs old son.in my first pregnancy i had vommiting until1st to 5th months.i was like crazy that time,so weak,but this time i m not vomitting.n feeling much better this time.no weakness atall.but i feel tiredness sometimes n feeling lil bit pain in my breast.so my question is that is it normal?becoz m worried that i dont have any symptoms like my first pregnancy........please let me know.i would apreciate ur answer....Thanx.

Hi and welcome to HCM

I understand your worry. First important thing which you have to know is many pregnant women wont experience many pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness, nausea, vomiting etc in their second pregnancy and this is normal.
Anyway your pregnancy is confirmed by a doctor and you are 6 weeks pregnant. Your doctor may suggest you a scan called NT scan, to rule out downs syndrome. You will get better picture of your baby inside.
SO dont be tensed and it is very common not to have above mentioned symptoms in your second pregnancy. Eat adequate diet, rest well and have healthy baby
