Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

He is having headache along with profuse sweating. He is under financial stress and he feel tired through out the time. Most likely he is having some anxiety disorder. There is a need for consultation with a Psychiatrist. Medicines like SSRI or SNRI are very useful. Apart from medicines non pharmacological treatment in form of Behavior therapy is very useful. Relaxation methods like breathing exercises help in such symptoms.

Thanks
