What Are The Solutions For Sleeping Problems, Being Half Awake While Dreaming And Ability To Control Dreams?

Hi I m a 16 year old girl and I have been for the past few months having sleeping problems I been able to remember up to 5-6 dreams a night full detail and also been feeling half awake while dreaming, I can sometimes control the dreams and I wake up feeling more tired than I did.

Welcome to HCM!

From your question it appears that you are having sleep problems. Even though you sleep but it is not refreshing and there are full of dreams and you even feel that you control the dreams ( which again is not uncommon).

If there is not other complaint like: anxiety or depression otherwise during the day time, then there is not need to worry.

Had I been treating you I would give a trial of zolpidem 5-10 mg at night. this wil take care of sleep and dreams as well.
