Brownish Discharge Before Going Into Labor. Is My Cervix Dilated Enough For Delivery?
for the last week I ve had an increased brown/pink discharge . when I went to the doctors on wednesday of last week my docter told me that I was 2 1/2 cm dilated and that I was somewhere between 75 and 80% effaced. Today when I went to labor and delivery and they checked my cervix the doctor said I was 3 cm and thick. What exactly does that mean?

You have not mentioned regarding labor pain.
I think pain also might be there.
