To get rid of LSC of scrotum permanantly, you have to stop scratching or even mere touching the area.
LSC occurs only due to scratching and continous touching the area.
Apply moisturizing cream and take antihistamine round the clock to prevent urge to itch.
im suffering from lichen simplex chronicus of scrotum for last 10 years. i want to know if there is any permanent cure for this .
Hi. Thanks for posting for your concern at HCM
I ask my patients of LSCh of scrotum to use a moderately potent steroid twice daily for 2-4 weeks initially and then i gradually taper it down from twice daily application to once daily for another 4 weeks followed by once every alternate days before finally stopping it down.
An oral antihistamine once or twice daily is a part of regime.
Thanks for your query. There is no safe medicine to reduce sweating. Wear loose undergarment to promote ventilation; sprinkle Talcum powder liberally over and around scrotum after bath.
