Hello,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
You can check in with your nearest hospital and they already might have designed a package which would be suitable for you.But generally these type of packages are very costly and if done through corporate or your centre of employment ,they offer special discounted rates.
Further I would like to advice you to go for physician check up and get only those tests which are needed for you than for all the tests.

Hope this helps and clears your doubts,
thanks
