Throw Up Every Time I Eat And Hurt In The Mid Section Of Back
have had 3 MRI. blood work. going to Florida Shands and mayo clinic. throw up after I eat and hurt in mid section to the back. had gallbladder taken out one year ago. they still see nothing. 3 cat scans. test also from the mouth down. had test on pancreas also
The features are suggestive of Post-cholecystectomy syndrome (pain and vomiting due to presence of bile in the stomach; or, a stricture of the part of intestine adjacent to the stomach. Endoscopy will reveal the exact cause.
You will definitely get relief with long-term anti-acid drug + a Prokinetic drug (such as metoclopramide).
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, get endoscopy done and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.
