Chest Pain, Radiates To Breast, Back. Cancer?

So. I have had little to no regular health care for the last 6 years. I ve recently married and settled down for the first time but as of yet we don t have decent health insurance. I ve had some pain in my chest that radiates to my breasts and my back for about 5 days now. I also discovered a swollen lymph node above my collar bone. Also feeling full without eating much. I went to a doctor and was told my chest pain was anxiety related. I don t believe this to be true. I have been feeling off for a few weeks now and I feel like it could be something worse, like cancer. I won t be able to return to my doctor until Monday and my question is should it go to the ER and ask them to check for tumors in my chest? Would they do it?
