Bloating With Certain Foods & Stress.

When ever I eat beef, ham, dairy, white sandwitch bread, or spicy oil. (Dosent happen with chicken, buffalo, or elk noticed) -I get: constipated, BLOATED, cant breathe, burp alot, feel like pressure in my head. -plus it Also happens during key times of the day :when I have to study for class, when my instructor starts asking questions about the curriculum. -And sometimes just for no reason.

hi carlos,
first you need to check your food habbits as per hunger and the way you eat.
if you eat quite often,say every2-3 hourly heavy stubs, and if you eat very fast.
also there are following possibilities you need to concern are-
1) delayed gastric emptying and sluggish liver function, usually found in sedentary people
2) vitamin B-12 defficiancy with colitis
please cross check cliniacally

you are definately having food allergy which need to be get tested,AVOID food which are allergic to you & are all due to excess gas production by by bad bacteria feeding upon your sugar rich diet like bread sandwitch & make sure your diet contains lot fo fibre rich food likes beans,wholegrain&many more. Take onion,drid freezed garlic 50GMS DAILY,GAS PRODUCTION WILL COME DOWN NATURALLY
