Uterus Dislocation. The Mouth Of The Uterus Projected Outside And Bleeding. Not Able To Conceive. Suggestion?
Sir,my brothers wife has a uterous dislocation.The mouth of the uterous is seemingly projected outside and bleeding and excessive fluid comes irrgeularily from it Also she is unable to conceive. During diagnosis by lacal gynao,she suggested for an operation.kindly give ur valuable information about the medicaion and at what near by location the surgical operation to be undertaken.Presently we are residing in Ballia ,UP.Mob NO 0000

Your relative has what we called uterine prolapse. There are many kinds of surgeries available but since she is young and want to concieve, conservative surgery is needed. There are different types of conservative surgeries,and only her doctor after examining her can determine the type of surgery needed.She should should go to a tertiary care hospital,or a medical college hospital either in Ballia or Lucknow.

From history it seems that she is having uterine prolapse and even might be having Cestocele as well.
Repair of prolapse is a must.
So go according to your Gynaec advice.
