What Is The Remedy For Back Pain?

I was told I have an ulcer on my cervix I have side and lower back pain and feeling pain like I am having a period I know longer have them I am 54 years old have been feeling sick and light headed and loosing my balance a bit I am all so a insulin diabtic my doctor gave me strong antibiotic what do you think could be wrong with me please

I really appreciate your concern if this is really ulcer of cervix then this need to be treated properly with the proper treatment this will be fine soon if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with following treatment,
1) Povidone intra vaginal suppository three time in day to be inserted in vagina
2) Tab Diclofenac with Acetaminophen three times in day
3) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
