What Causes Numbness Of Legs?

For the last couple of months when I am sitting and also standing/walking my right leg feels as though it is always asleep and I also get tingling feelings from my toes to my thigh. Back in March I had Vitamin D Deficiency and Bersatis could this be a result of any of the other diagnosis?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of nerve root there is pain in your thigh and toe.

I will advise you to do MRI spine
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
Vit D deficiency if not corrected can lead to tingling.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
