What Does The Following LFT Test Result Mean?

ma husband LFT tests shows these readings total bilirubin 0.60 bilirubin(direct) 0.19 bilirubin(iindirect) 0.41 sgot 32 sgpt 26 serum alkaline phosphate 444.2 is it something serious.he was having fever and was on antibiotics also. he z also taking medicines for nuerocystoceroses and high blood pressure.kindly answer ma query

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Alkaline phosphatase is raised indicating bile duct damage. As bilirubin's tests are normal, no obstruction.
2. Possible biliary tract infection.
3.Yes, its serious. Ultrasound along with ERCP is necessary to identify cause of damage.
