What Could Be Causing Of Light Headedness, Brown Discharge, Sharp Pains ?
I ve been having sharp (but mild) pain in what i think to be the ovary/fallopian tube area of my pelvic region for three or so days now. as of yesterday there is now light brown vaginal discharge , not a flow, when i wipe. and as of this morning i ve been lightheaded. My period is suppose to start in a few days, none of these are symptoms i ever get. ideas what could this be?

Your symptoms are either due to an early period or may be very early signs of ectopic pregnancy. Please do your pregnancy test first if your period is overdue. If your period is on time, then there is nothing to worry.
