hi
first and foremost
dont fret
what you are facing is a very normal phenomenon in almost all the ladies

after birth
a lot of your hormones change
and so you get a lot of changes and mood swings
amongst the lots of changes is heaviness of breasts as you secrete milk
you develop irregular periods
and you may gain weight

i think just stick to your guns
start gyming and maintaining a good diet
that will get your weight back

by the way
also check your sugars
mostly they would have checked it during child birth
but sometimes they develop gestational diabetes too

best of luck
and again
dont worry
this is all part of normal physiology
