General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Please continue the injection as per the schedule provided with the vials. Your husband has already taken the dose '0' - continue taking others at day 3-7-14-28 and 90 th days. If is it possible - observe the animal. Clean the would with hydrogen peroxide and soap and water. NO dressing and local ointments to be applied.
He can definitely continue with Valaprine. I do not think it can cause any side effects.
Vaccination is the only way to avoid rabies.
