losing virginity, how do I deal with this ?

i am twenty nine years old and i'm still a virgin , now i'm due to get married in august this year, my main problem is i am afraid my that maybe at my age the process of breaking will be very difficult... how do i deal with this , and is there anything i can apply to make it an easier process

Don' worry about breaking your hymen. The thickness or elasticity does not depend on age. It varies with individuals. Tell your partner to be soft and slow and involve in lot of foreplay.
