Dear Amir
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your descriptions thoroughly. You consulted a lot of doctors for cure for your breathlessness problem and no one was able to help you. I hope you must have visited respiratory specialised doctors also.

Dear, you must understand that if so many doctors clears of a disease, you should accept and live peacefully and thank god for that. Why insist that you have a problem? You are definitely not a doctor. Every doctor told you that you are alright. Who else you want to tell you? God? God will not. You should learn to believe doctors and accept them as godsend.

In psychiatry, your problem is termed as hypochondriasis. Assuming disease condition and worrying about it endlessly whereas there is no disease at all. Please don't let the feeling grow inside your mind. This could become serious anxiety disorder.

Believe you are well. Believe you have no problem at all. Even affected people do that. Try deep breathing exercise fo now. Consult a psychologist.

I hope I am able to clear your doubts. Available for further queries.
Good luck.
