Foot Warts Corn Diabetic

How to eradicate or cure warts (corns) in the leg bottom heels ( foot), which is the best n curable treatment method...to cure it ? its vry painful n more ovr im a diabetic patient too....

You should undergo wide excision of warts under local anaesthesia followed by regular antibitic cram covered dressing until heal. During the above course of treatment your blood sugars to be under optimal control either with OHA or by proper doses of insulin.Then you are advised to wear proper MCR footwear as per recomendation of Diabetologist, this will prevent future recurrences.

Yes, individuals with Diabetes need to be very careful in that. You should consult a Dermatologist initially who shall prescribe certain creams to take it off. If that is not happening then a surgical intervention would be necessary. The funda is to take that skin off so that there is more growth.

best treatment for corn will be to excise it and total removal of the root of the corn . proper shoes to be worn so that pressure bearing is avoided
before operation diabetes should be controlled
