Cortisol Echoes,separation Of Pelvicalyceal System, Atheromatous Abdominal Aorta. Serious?

mild increased cortisol echoes? evidence of mild separation pelvicalyceal system? atheromadous are seen in abdominal aorta? My mother had a scan in abdomen and she had all 3 above..Kindly explain and help...IS IT VERY SERIOUS?

Thanks for your query.
The first two findings may suggest a kidney problem. I would recommend a urine r/m, Serum creatinine and urea to determine the health of your kidneys.
The third finding is often seen in the elderly. Consult your doctor to see if your mother needs to be started on aspirin.
