Bowel Issues, Nausea Mainly After Eating

Hi, I have been feeling ill since Saturday night. I have had some bowel issues, nausea mainly after eating to where I need to throw up. I am having neck stiffness and a bit of a sore throat with swollen glands. I have been extremely tired with a lack of energy and some headaches. I also bit my cheek Saturday and it seems to have been infected and is really sore. Any suggestions to what I may have?

Headache, neck stiffness, & nausea suggest a possibility of a serious infection of the coverings of the brain called Meningitis. The above symptoms with a bit of a sore throat with swollen glands points to a possibility of Upprer respiratory tract infection. In either case you will need a course of antibiotics. So visit your physician.

I think the upper respirtory infection is more posible. You do not have fever so no possibility of any serious or critical illness.
Your family physician can guide you very well.
