Bad Spell Of Light-headedness, Dizziness, Naseau And Heart-area Discomfort

3 days ago, I had a bad spell of light-headedness, dizziness, naseau and heart-area discomfort. My doc did an ekg, that was norm, but why after 3 days is my heart still not feeling right? I don t have pain, but it is still a heavy,dull feeling. I m 31 and female, what could this be?

That doctor is taking, you lightly sometimes there is a heart attack without any change in EKG called NSTEMI (Non ST elevation myocardial infarction). Report to a nearest heart care/ER, and get blood work done for heart attack.
