I m 24yrs old,unmarried male, from last some 3 months I am viewing some zelly white discharge with sperm during ejaculation. Does this is normal or it shows any disease.

Your ejaculate i.e semen contains a lot many substances along with sperm. these substances are secretions of glands surrounding the penile region. zelly white color is becuase of that only. so you are completely normal.
