X Ray And Tests Done. Is It Possible To Conclude That This Patient Has Leukemia?

I am a high school student doing a study case for a summer internship program at a prestigious level 1 trauma institute. I am having trouble with my case: 51 y/o female is doored by a car. Reports pain in left knee, x-rays show avulsion fracture about the fibular tuberosity. Has a history of smoking and drinking often. Grandmother (mom side) died of ovarian cancer, father has glaucoma. Reports Temp: 101, 24 bmp, has 129/82 bp. O2 levels and heart rate are normal. One month post-injury, She also has lost 20 pounds and reports swelling in the armpits.

I have had many ideas to what are the possible diagnostics to this patient requiring me to receive a DEXA scan, and a CBC. only abnormal notices are high hemoglobin and hypocrite. Is it possible to conclude this patient to have Leukemia?

Hi!I have read your query carefully and nothing in the case points towards leukemia.High hemoglobin and hematocrit have numerous other causes but not leukemia.swelling in armpits needs to be investigated further may be a FNAC if the swelling is well defined.I hope this satisfies your query for leukemia
