General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
I can understand your concern. A lot of vitamin deficiency can cause body aches and weakness. Especially Vit B12 and Vit D. Your symptoms are very generalised and can involve multiple systems. Please visit a general Physician who can examine you thoroughly and suggest some blood tests like CBC, Vit D levels, Vit B12 levels, Thyroid functions, Kidney and liver functions, and based on that your doctor can guide therapy. Till then try to include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink lots of water and include some exercise in daily routine.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
