Would Keratoconus Further Affect The Eyes During A Pregnancy?

Hi, m having keratoconus problem in both eyes and even i took c3r for both eyes. THe Keratoconus problem came up or would have deteriorated after my first pregnancy. I am now pregnant . Would Keratoconus further effect my eyes? How can it be prevented.
