Would It Be Safe To Take Loratadine To Relieve The Nasal Congestion?

While drinking alcohol and partying with my friends, I regretfully used cocaine for the first time. I did about 1 gram of cocaine. It has been roughly 4 hours since my last dose of the cocaine. I have not been able to get to sleep. I am no longer feeling the effects of the cocaine. The problem is that my nose is extremely congested, which is preventing me from sleeping. I can't breathe through either one of my nostrils. They are completely blocked. Would it be safe for me to take a Loratadine 5mg/ Pseudophedrine Sulfate 120 mg to help relieve the nasal congestion?

Hello,
Yes it is safe to take these medicines. But these medicines will take half an hour to give relief , so for instant relief you can use xylometazoline nasal drops.
These drops are decongestant drops and will give good relief in about half a minute.
Nasal congestion is common after coccaine use. Try to avoid it.
In doubt do reply
