Wincing Pain In Left Testicle. How To Get Rid Of It?

Last Friday, I noticed a really small wincing pain in my left testicle, but thought nothing of it. This morning, I checked my testicles and they were purple. but the color went away throughout the day. The acute sensation is still there. There's no sharp pain, but there is some really small aching, and it's annoying. I'm not sure if it's a torsion or whatever. I'm just kind of curious of what I need to do at this point.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have dull aching pain in your left testicle since one week. This could be due to infection of the epididymis and testis( Epididymo Orchitis ) or due to varicocele.

However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and ultrasound scanning of the scrotum.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

This will get cured by antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
