Will The Pregnancy Normalize By The 24th Week?

hi Dr i m 27 yrs and this is my first pregnancy at 20 week .I underwent anamoly scan everyth8ing was fine other then 2 things first was delayed long bones growth by 1 week and second was bil uterine artery notch screening positive.I just want to know that will it b fine at 24 week of pregnancy and what s the cause for it .My periods were always normal at 28 days.Please help me i am very much worried

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the delay in femur length growth or long bone growth is not significant.Abdominal circumference is significant as if it is less it indicates growth retardation of fetus.And persistence of uterine artery notching even after 24 weeks might be significant.If persistent there os risk of high BP.And also important is observing of fetal movements.So relax.
