Morphine is a strong narcotic pain killer and with time tolerance develops in body to its effect so dose has to be increased or other pain killers or adjunct drugs have to be added. Also it needs to be investigated if there is some underlying pathological fracture causing pain which may benefit from fixation or radiaton therapy.
Please discuss with the treating doctors.
