this could be computer vision syndrome or dry eyes,...
as all your test normal...it's better to take some rest for 5 min in between 2-3 hour work...frequent eye blinking
flogger can be put 5/6 times...eye washing with clean water frequently as possible...
this all will reduce your dryness
