Will Removing Molars From The Upper Jaw For Braces Cause Vision Impairment?

I am going to wear braces for my upper jaw.... dentist adviced me to remove two upper molars from either side... already braces is worn down... i am worried to remove because if something goes wrong with my vision... i am a short sighted person already wearing spectacles... please be kind enough to explain to me regarding this.

if it is advised then it is to be extracted you are myopic and wiring specs as such review of power is to be done every 6 months and it is related to body growth. it is not related to molar extraction. it can give rise to refered pain from mandibular to facial nerve.
